Ask the AI

Our "Ask the AI" app is an innovative addition that takes your use of waySuite to a new level. Our AI's chat functionality allows you to interact directly with our intelligent assistant. This means you can ask your questions and receive immediate answers without having to spend time searching through manuals or FAQs.

No matter whether you are new to using waySuite or an experienced user, our artificial intelligence (AI) is always available to answer your questions and support you in using the software effectively. A practical example: If you're wondering how to add a list to your dashboard, just ask our AI and you'll receive step-by-step instructions to achieve your goal.

But this is only the beginning. Our AI is your 24/7 source of information for all questions related to waySuite. Whether it's basic information, special functions or individual adjustments, our AI is available to you at any time to clarify your technical questions.

It is important to us that you know where our AI gets its information from. We therefore offer you a source reference that transparently shows from which reliable sources the information comes. This way you can be sure that you always have access to current and reliable data. Our AI draws on a wide range of sources, including online help, training materials and general information about waySuite products. These carefully selected resources ensure that you always receive accurate, up-to-date information.

Finally, we offer you the opportunity to expand the functionality of waySuite in your company. You can access internal documents and processes in a protected, private environment via chat. This makes waySuite an individually customizable solution that meets your company-specific requirements and optimizes your workflows. Licensing

To use the openAI based Ask the AI app, a Pro license is required. In case you do not have a Pro license yet, please follow the "Contact us" link on the app's main page. The basic plan of our Pro subscription comes with a limit of 300 requests per month. It is possible to raise this limit. Please contact us for more information.

Chat

At the bottom part, a question can be submitted. After it being processed by the AI, the answer will be displayed in following format:

  1. The answer text to the committed question, including references to the cited documents.

  2. All cited documents are listed here as links. By clicking on the link, the relevant document will open in a dedicated view to the right. There are two options to view a cited document:

    • Single page
    • Full document, opened on cited page (potentially long loading times)
  3. The AI generates three possible follow-up questions, related to the currently provided answer. Clicking one of these questions, will directly submit it as the next question to the AI. These questions hence raise the request count.

Administration

The app specific administration displays the used-up requests in the current month and the request limit of your organization (default: 300 requests per month).
